If it is not resolved, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria may determine it, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or procedure that applies.

If a provision is unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These website terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable product terms, form the relevant agreement for the subject they cover.
